supplemental post #5

I wanna talk about the J Law nude scandal. I feel like that was a major turning point for sexting. I feel like before that happened, sexting was still low key and kind of taboo. At least for me it was. But when I found out J Law, the moral compass of america,  sends nudes--and TONS-- I started to send dick pics to people like I was a Jehovah's witness with a box full of pocket  bibles.

And it had to be J Law. When this happened to Kim Kardashian and Paris Hilton, they were slut-shamed like crazy. But since it was Jennifer Lawrence, unanimously adored oscar winner, the public went easier on her. She was the victim of a sex crime, not a wayward whore. In a sense, she took one for the team. If it weren't for J Law, I would still think sexting was a bad thing.
